Custom Aligner Fabrication
Your custom aligners are fabricated using Invisalign's proprietary SmartTrack material — a clear, flexible plastic engineered for precise tooth movement and comfortable wear. Each set of aligners is worn for approximately 1 to 2 weeks before progressing to the next set. Most patients wear 20 to 30 sets of aligners over the course of treatment.
